Architect Ivan Cota, is a graduate of the prestigious Guadalajara School of Architecture (ITESO). He began his career as an architect/builder in the Los Cabos area 12 years ago working as lead project manager for the premier builder and developer in Los Cabos. Mr. Cota was responsible for all phases of construction of some of the most expensive and well known custom homes in the Los Cabos area. In 2002 Mr. Cota founded his own construction and design company.

ARQUITECTOS COTA S.C. "ARQCO", and immediately began designing and building beatiful custom homes in the most exclusive enclaves of Los Cabos, including Querencia and Palmilla. ARQCO has also designed and built homes in Club Campestre San José, East Cape, La Jolla de Los Cabos, Rancho Leonero (Buena Vista area), San José del Cabos and La Paz, BCS. México.

Additonally the company has renovated and remodelad home in Caleta Palmilla, Villas del Mar, Villas de la Montaña, La Jolla, Rancho Cerro Colorado, Cabo del Sol y Punta Ballena.

As the company has grown trough the last decade, it has also designed and developed innovative concepts in the construction of local schools, commercial projects, and other municipal structures.
